Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's) in environmental/civil engineering, environmental science, hydrology, water resource policy, or related field, or a minimum of 8 years' experience
  • Minimum 4 years in water resources or related field
  • Working knowledge of hydrology and water quality modeling and geospatial analysis of hydrologic datasets
  • Working knowledge of ArcGIS tools and their application, including geospatial analysis of both vector and raster datasets and fidelity in accurate processing
  • Proven experience processing and analyzing large data sets
  • Understanding of stormwater management & capture, green infrastructure, etc.
  • Proficient technical writing skills and ability to translate complex findings into graphics
  • Experience using Python or other coding system for automating large geospatial tasks and data set processing
