• Communication: Client-facing experience with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentor engineering staff.
• Business Acumen: Business development acumen is a strong plus.

• Expertly oversee and manage multidisciplinary project teams, meticulously handling schedules, budgets, and critical deliverables.
• Provide invaluable technical mentorship and insightful guidance to our talented engineering staff.

Compensation:
$140,000-$170,000 per year
