Pay Range - $105,279.46 - $152,441.35 per year (Actual base pay based on factors such as relevant experience, education, market, qualifications, and skills)

Senior Research/Development Engineer (ENG5423)

The R&D Senior Engineer is responsible for the design and/or development of new or modified products using technical research, project planning/resourcing, material screening, experimental design (DOE), simulation, and product transition to create sustainable and profitable product lines. They act as a technical liaison, providing troubleshooting and technical support for projects related to the development of new products, materials, and designs. They work on problems of moderate scope, requiring analysis of various factors. This engineer may be an expert in specific areas and must be able to work collaboratively with other engineers and personnel.
