The Corporate Development Analyst Program is designed to prepare future leaders of Palomar. During a 2-year program you will work across several key functions including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategic planning, market research, insurance programs, reinsurance, investment management, and investor relations. You'll receive hands-on training and high-impact assignments that provide tangible work experience. Participants will work closely with Palomar executives and benefit from one-on-one coaching, mentorship, and cohort-based learning. This program builds both technical and interpersonal business skills, deep industry knowledge, and valuable networking opportunities.
At the conclusion of the program, participants will have the opportunity to pursue advancement within departments such as corporate development, insurance programs, reinsurance, or investment management. This program is ideal for early-career professionals, including recent graduates who are analytical, curious, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.
