Responsibilities

• Experience in managing the remote installation of multiple endpoint security agents.
• Looking for a mid-level engineer with experience installing, configuring, and fine-tuning endpoint security tools.
• The primary tools in question are CrowdStrike and Netskope.
• The daily function of this role would be to work with remote individuals and guide them through the installation process.
• After installation, there may be a requirement to make policy adjustments to the tooling, accommodating business needs as the tools potentially interfere with business workflows.
• This individual would also be working with the larger cyber defense team to address daily operational needs
• Flexible work from home options available.
