Responsibilities

• Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the assigned area, providing technical assistance to solve complex problems.
• Technical writing of SOPs, job plans, FMEAs, criticality assessments and other documentation.
• System reliability management and continuous improvement projects.
• Deviation/CAPA management.
• Other duties consistent with knowledge, skills and ability as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field plus 5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work in a team environment with strong communication skills.
• SME in one key area (Upstream, Downstream, Utilities) and the go‑to person for day‑to‑day equipment process needs.
• Experience with technical writing of change controls, deviations/CAPAs, SOPs, job plans, FMEAs and criticality assessments.
• Knowledge of computer systems relevant to the area, e.g., BMS for Utilities, CMMS for GMP support, specific equipment software.
• Understanding of maintenance and/or metrology activities (preventative/corrective maintenance, calibration).
• Ability to support internal and external audits.
• Prior experience in reliability and continuous improvement projects is a plus.

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 a year
