Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney with 0–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, resourceful researcher, and confident communicator who is eager to develop courtroom and client-handling skills in all stages of litigation—from client intake through trial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
  • Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
  • Assist with depositions, mediations, and court appearances
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development
  • Support business, employment, and/or real property litigation matters

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active member in good standing with the California (or pending admission)
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Interest or experience in employment, business, or real property law preferred
  • Professionalism, initiative, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
