We are seeking a qualified attorney with experience in Construction Defect cases at Insurance Defense firms.

• Minimum of 6 years of solid experience in Construction Defect cases
• Strong academic credentials
• Preferred experience in courtroom, depositions, and mediations
• Experience with trial preparation and strategy
• Ability to manage a caseload independently, handling cases of moderate exposure and complexity with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter who thrives both independently and in a team environment
• Technically savvy, knowledgeable of litigation software and document management programs; capable of drafting pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Experience assisting with depositions and hearings
• Effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and claims professionals

Requirements: Experience in Construction Defect cases, law degree, and membership in good standing with the CA State Bar.
