The best part? Grow is free for providers and has no minimum visit requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• You are an LMHT
• Licensed in California
• Must have independent clinical licensure for at least 1 year
• Please note that if you are not licensed in one of our operational states, do not hold one of the licensures listed above, and/or have not held independent licensure for one year, we will be unable to move forward with an introductory meeting.

Grow Therapy can only work with providers with at least 1 year of experience.

• If you meet the minimum qualifications, you will be asked to schedule a Zoom meeting with our Provider Recruitment team
• During this 30-minute interview, a member of our recruitment team will get to know you, your experience, and your private practice goals, while also providing an overview of Grow and the services we offer.
