Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP S / HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) module tailored to port operations.
• Collaborate with port engineering, facilities, and IT teams to gather and analyze maintenance and asset management requirements.
• Configure PM components including equipment master data, functional locations, maintenance plans, work orders, notifications, and task lists.
• Integrate SAP PM with other modules such as MM, FI, and Asset Management.
• Support data migration from legacy systems and validate data integrity.
• Conduct workshops, blueprinting, gap analysis, and functional design documentation.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and go-live support.
• Ensure compliance with public sector procurement and maintenance standards.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum years of SAP PM experience, including + years in S / HANA.
• Experience with public sector or port authority operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and mobile maintenance solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work onsite at the Port of San Diego as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GIS integration and asset tracking.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
• Prior experience with marine or transportation infrastructure.
• PMP or SAP certification in PM or EAM modules.
