Turner & Townsend Heery is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee Federal construction projects with GSA. The successful candidate will have experience monitoring construction projects for Federal clients, with direct accountability for project delivery.
Responsibilities:
+ 8 years of experience focused on federally funded construction projects. Prefers significant GSA project experience of $100 million or more. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Strong organizational and analytical skills. + Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. + Ability to effectively present information. + Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. + Ability to calculate complex figures. + Ability to forecast and prepare budgets. + Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports. + Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. + Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment. + Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the company. + Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. + Ability to read and understand architectural drawings. + Knowledge in MS Project, leases, contracts, and construction practices. + Knowledge of the entitlement/permitting process and construction delivery methods and agreements. + Familiarity with construction best practices, general building codes, and various building types and systems. + Passion for being detail oriented and highly organized.
+ 8 years of project management experience, include a significant GSA project of $100 million or more. Or multiple GSA projects. + Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. + Minimum eight or more years' construction administration, architecture, engineering or similar experience. + Licensure as either a Professional Engineer, Registered Architect, or a Certified Construction Manager is desired. + JOC and/or DB experience preferred. + Kahua experience preferred.
The salary range for this full-time role is $130k-$180k per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate's experience and qualifications.
