Our Director of Engineering plays a critical role in ensuring our iconic property is operating at peak performance-from guest rooms and public spaces to building systems, safety, and energy management.

We're searching for a dynamic, strategic, and hands-on Engineering leader who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and takes pride in world-class presentation and maintenance standards.

Your Mission
Lead the Engineering department in maintaining, repairing, and enhancing all building systems, physical spaces, and facilities-while creating a culture of teamwork, safety, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do
Oversee daily Engineering operations and property maintenance programs
Lead, develop, and schedule the Engineering team with clarity and support
Manage HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, life safety, and energy systems
Conduct preventive maintenance and property-wide inspections to uphold brand standards
Partner with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and cost-effective services
Develop, manage, and forecast departmental operating and capital budgets
Ensure regulatory, safety, ADA, and environmental compliance at all times
Support exceptional guest experiences with timely, polished problem resolution

You're a Rockstar If You...
Bring 5+ years of hotel engineering leadership experience in a full-service or luxury environment
Understand building systems and capital planning like a seasoned pro
Lead with accountability, respect, and hands-on support
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
Are a solutions-focused collaborator who works seamlessly across departments
Are flexible to support the business needs (nights/weekends/holidays as needed)
