Employment Attorney

We are seeking an experienced employment attorney (at least two years plaintiff and/or defense) to work on interesting and complex matters. Founded in 1996, Berger & Williams, LLP represents employees and employers across California from our office in San Diego. We strive to achieve excellent results for our clients. Over the last three decades we have worked on cases of public significance. Our lawyers work on all phases of employment litigation as well as counseling, advising, and training. You will have a meaningful opportunity to develop client relationships and engage in all areas of our practice. We value teamwork and attention to detail. We are bar leaders and support active membership in the legal community and related volunteer activities. We will support your success as a well‑rounded lawyer.

We offer a base salary range of $150,000‑$250,000 depending on experience, and various bonus models designed to increase potential income. We provide excellent benefits and have reliable, long‑term support staff in a great office environment.
