Solutions Architect and Operations Manager
Design, implement, and optimize technology solutions for mission data applications and infrastructure for a high‑availability, mission‑critical system.
- Solution Design and Architecture: Develop and architect end‑to‑end technical solutions for data platform, application modernization, and data orchestration systems for data analytics.
- Quality Assurance and Incident Management Planning and Coordination: Confirm operations in alignment with solution‑designed expectations and solution up‑time, engage with roadmap planning initiatives for data‑driven backlog management, and high‑availability solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Roadmapping: Work closely with stakeholders and law enforcement officers to gather requirements, translate needs into technical specifications, and ensure solutions align with industry standards and security regulations aligned with this highly regulated mission while meeting existing and emerging requirements.
The Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing technology solutions tailored to the unique needs of mission data applications and infrastructure, collaborating with client stakeholders, users, developers, and business analysts to create scalable, secure, and efficient systems that support forensic analysis, evidence management, and data‑driven investigations.
Preferred Education: Master's Degree
- Proficiency in full‑stack software architecture design and development, with experience creating modular cloud‑based solutions using microservices. Focused experience in one area is required, with priority given to candidates with more experience in event‑driven architecture, service‑oriented architecture, test automation, data orchestration.
- Experience with SOAP, REST, Python, Java, Jira, and SQL.
- Cloud Certifications (Azure and/or AWS).
