Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver innovative training programs for sales associates to drive business success
• Design comprehensive learning journeys tailored for commercial associates and leaders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training needs and develop effective solutions
• Lead the MMS Leadership Development Program and assess the skills of sales leaders and associates
• Create and implement competency-based training materials for both new hires and tenured sales associates

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; higher degree preferred in a relevant field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales leadership or sales training
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to travel 25%-50% of the time
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and techniques

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in leadership training/development, selling skills, and sales methodology
• Proficiency in instructional design and course delivery methodologies
• Knowledge of learning and development best practices and industry trends
• Valid driver's license
