We're Hiring: Diesel Technician

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, and transmissions
• Service and repair light-, medium-, and heavy-duty trucks as well as motorhomes
• Perform detailed safety and performance inspections
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues
• Maintain accurate service records and parts usage logs
• Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized
• Participate in ongoing technical training and pursue Master ASE Diesel Truck Certification

What You Bring

• 5+ years of diesel repair and fleet maintenance experience or Associates Degree from accredited tech school
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, diagnostics, hydraulics, and vehicle systems
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Detail-oriented and committed to doing the job right
• Current ASE certifications (or willingness to obtain) — EVT or manufacturer-specific training a plus
• Valid CDL C license
• High school diploma or associate degree preferred
• Must be able to commute to Santee, CA
