• Python – 2 or 3 years of experience
• Numpy
• PyTorch
• Must be USC or GC as it touches government data. This can be a very smart jr developer who has been working on python type technology since high school/college and has a year or two of real world experience. If they have 3 years, they should definitely be good enough.
