Summary: Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. Works from diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws. Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed. May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications. May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be willing to work 1st shift on 9/80 schedule Monday - Friday
• Must be able to obtain security clearance upon hire (must be a US Citizen)
• High School Diploma and 3 years of manufacturing experience
• Must have mechanical and soldering experiencing on module level hardware

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active DOD clearance

Salary Range: $39,900.00 - $66,500.00

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
