Customer Service Representative – TEKsystems

Job Overview
Customer service representative working in a call center environment. Handles inbound and follow‑up calls, providing answers on prior authorization, general questions, and some confidential information. Delivers great customer service with a high level of attention to detail, accurately entering information. Performance is measured on Quality and Accuracy, ranging from 50–100 calls a day depending on complexity. Utilizes multiple systems and programs to track information and update communication with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and follow‑up calls.
  • Answer calls and questions on prior authorization and general inquiries.
  • Maintain confidentiality of certain information.
  • Enter information accurately into systems.
  • Meet quality standards and achieve accuracy targets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience.
  • Minimum 30 WPM typing speed.
  • Experience in call center, healthcare, medical, or customer service environments.
  • Strong customer‑service skills and attention to detail.

Pay & Benefits

Pay Range: $21.00 – $21.00 / hr.
