In this role, you will facilitate the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of multiple clinical‑stage programs. You will be responsible for fostering collaborations across internal teams and external partners to advance key milestones and deliverables. The ideal candidate is a servant‑minded and inspiring leader with a strong track record and expertise in clinical stage program management and the ability to build lasting working relationships. A passion for accelerating the development of life‑changing innovative medicines that offer hope to cancer patients is essential.

Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the strategic planning and execution of development milestones for multiple clinical programs.
  • Develop and implement best practices in program management, collaborate with functional leaders to establish integrated program timelines and development plans with clear milestones and deliverables, critical paths and cross‑functional dependencies, scenarios analysis and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate high‑impact team meetings with clear agendas, action items, actively monitor program progress to ensure programs on track with attention to detail.
  • Foster strong working relationships with executive and functional leaders and a culture of accountability, collaboration, operational excellence and transparency, data driven and results oriented decision‑making process. Drive cross‑functional alignment across internal teams with corporate goals and external collaborators.

Requirements

Below requirements are minimum for associate Director in Clinical Program Management.

  • Bachelor's degree, advanced degree in life sciences or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management with at least 5 years in clinical stage program management or project leadership roles.
  • Exceptional communication skills and servant‑minded leadership.
  • Extensive knowledge of Program Management tools - Office Timeline, Microsoft Project, etc.
  • Work knowledge of GCP, GMP, GLP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory pathways.
  • Excellent document organization and critical thinking skills with attention to details and accuracy.
