Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of construction projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
Lead and manage on-site teams, including subcontractors and laborers.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
Monitor quality and adherence to design specifications and building codes.
Prepare and manage project budgets, implementing cost-saving measures.
Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Identify and solve potential issues to keep projects on track.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a General Contractor, focusing on mixed-use and commercial projects.
Strong project management skills and knowledge of Southern California building codes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
