The Position
We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Planning and Travel Specialist to partner directly with our Associate Director, Executive Planning and Operations. This role is designed to lighten the operational load of executive leadership, especially around travel, logistics, and board engagement. You'll be the go‑to for managing high‑touch arrangements for our Veracyte Leadership Team (VLT), Board of Directors, and special guests of the CEO and CFO. This is a dynamic position that will evolve as needs arise, requiring someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds strong relationships, and embodies our values: we are stronger together, we seek a better way, we care deeply, and we make it happen.

The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Veracyte is a multi‑state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
Pay range: $110,000 — $125,000 USD
