About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Operations Executive to join our leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development and implementation of operational strategies, drive process improvements, and ensure seamless cross-departmental collaboration. You will oversee critical functions including planning, metrics and reporting, operational audits, and enterprise risk management.
The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role within our project management office and corporate communications, ensuring alignment and efficient execution within all major business units. We seek someone with a minimum of 8 years of operations leadership experience, preferably in the insurance industry, and a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
To thrive in this position, you should possess a comprehensive understanding of insurance operations, key performance indicators (KPIs), enterprise risk management (ERM), and compliance regulations. Proven skills in project management, process improvement, and team leadership are essential, along with strong data analysis and reporting abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational technology tools is necessary, as is excellent emotional intelligence and executive communication skills to effectively engage with all levels of the organization.
