About the Role

The Company is in search of a visionary Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to spearhead the strategic and operational facets of the FP&A function. We are looking for a dynamic leader who can drive the FP&A initiatives, enrich the team's capabilities, and meet critical strategic and financial goals. A strong background in the (Re)Insurance sector within an international and matrix-led environment is preferred. Your leadership will play a vital role in enhancing our analytical capabilities, fostering informed commercial decisions, and maximizing value creation.

In this pivotal position, you will:

• Set the strategic direction for the FP&A function and oversee the integration of group-wide financial plans.
• Maintain a robust performance management framework to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing FP&A team dedicated to providing proactive insights.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives within the FP&A function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Represent the FP&A function externally and champion best practices across the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, a demonstrated ability to lead teams successfully, and a track record of driving positive change through strategic business partnerships. Strong communication skills to engage with senior management and Board members are essential. You should be someone who can balance a broad vision with meticulous attention to detail and display agility in responding to evolving business needs.
