Description:

This is an ON-SITE senior role based at our HQ in Murray, UT. Only local candidates will be considered.
About Allevio
Allevio exists to empower healthcare practice owners by removing the operational and administrative barriers that distract from patient care. From billing and compliance to patient engagement, recruiting, and clinic operations, we equip providers with the infrastructure they need to focus on what matters most: their patients.

Operating a medical practice is increasingly complex. That's why we deliver tailored, scalable solutions that drive efficiency, accelerate growth, and maintain compliance across our expanding footprint. At Allevio, you'll join a mission-driven team dedicated to helping healthcare practices thrive-today and long term.
About the Role
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping Allevio's financial strategy, supporting M&A activity, and guiding operational performance across our network of clinics. You'll work closely with finance, operations, and executive leadership to evaluate acquisition targets, build advanced financial models, and provide insights that influence decision-making at the highest levels.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility position designed for a senior contributor who excels in fast-paced, data-driven environments and brings both strategic thinking and strong analytical execution. Experience in healthcare finance and M&A is strongly preferred, as this role supports acquisition evaluation, integration, and portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with accounting, operations, and clinic leaders to gather, validate, and interpret financial and operational data.
  • Build, refine, and maintain complex financial models, including pro formas, valuation analyses, and scenario planning.
  • Assess acquisition opportunities through detailed financial statement review, historical performance analysis, and forward-looking projections.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for assigned clinics and functional areas.
  • Identify revenue, efficiency, and cost-optimization opportunities within newly onboarded and mature clinics.
  • Support the CFO throughout the M&A lifecycle, including financial due diligence, market research, and integration planning.
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and executive-ready reporting that drive clarity and accountability.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and executive decision-making.
  • Serve as a thought partner to leadership, providing insights that shape operational and financial strategy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (strong accounting foundation required).
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or FP&A.
  • Experience in healthcare, multi-site operations, or provider-based financial environments strongly preferred.
  • M&A experience (evaluation, modeling, or integration) highly valued.
  • Proven ability to build and interpret complex financial models and communicate insights clearly.
What You'll Bring
  • Senior-level presence with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional partners and collaborate effectively with leadership.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfort operating in a dynamic, fast-growing environment with evolving priorities.
  • Alignment with our core values: Care, Accountability, Respect, Integrity, Nurturing & Grit.
  • A positive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
