The Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth. These accounts are ongoing in naturesimilar to recurring or annuity-style businesswith significant opportunity for both expansion and long?term relationship development. This role combines proactive relationship management with revenue development by identifying upsell opportunities and supporting targeted account?based strategies. TalentSmartEQs client base is primarily composed of professionals in HR, Training, and Leadership Development, and this role supports these organizations in building more human?centric, emotionally intelligent workplaces. Working closely with cross?functional teams, the Account Manager ensures seamless customer support, operational excellence, and a consistently positive client experience, while building a foundation for advancement into more senior account management roles.
