Job Title: Commercial Insurance Producer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients to understand their insurance needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Generate and cultivate leads through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
• Customize insurance programs, including liability, property, and specialized policies, to fit individual client requirements.
• Educate clients about policy options, coverage limits, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Prepare and present tailored insurance proposals and close sales to achieve and exceed assigned quotas.
• Work collaboratively with underwriters and other internal teams to ensure policies meet client needs and expectations.
• Stay informed on industry trends and changes in insurance products, regulations, and market conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the company's CRM system.
• Attend community events and professional networking meetings to enhance personal and company brand visibility.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
• At least 2 years of insurance producer experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer-focus.
• Proficient in using agency management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.

Compensation Package

• Compensation: Between $70K-$80K (based on experience).
