Opportunity Description

We are seeking an experienced MedTech/HealthTech Fractional Professional – Market Access & Coding Strategy to join our Open Innovation Network. This opportunity is with an FDA‑approved oncology‑focused organization in the early stages of commercialization. The organization is actively expanding into multiple Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and is seeking expert guidance on aligning ICD‑10 and CPT coding with its commercial strategy and rollout.

As a network partner, you will provide fractional, project‑based support directly to the organization. All engagements, pricing, and payment are handled directly between the professional and the client; Ventrium does not employ network partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on ICD‑10 and CPT code alignment to support commercialization and reimbursement strategy
  • Collaborate on market access, pricing, and rollout planning for IDN expansion
  • Provide insights on reimbursement pathways, payer strategy, and regulatory considerations
  • Deliver actionable recommendations to optimize commercial impact and adoption
  • Operate independently in a flexible, remote environment

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in ICD‑10, CPT coding, and reimbursement strategy within MedTech or HealthTech
  • Experience in oncology product commercialization and early‑stage market launch
  • Knowledge of IDN structures, payer systems, and healthcare provider networks
  • Strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills to support market access and rollout initiatives
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications a plus
