The VP, Growth Success Manager (GSM) will serve as a specialist focusing on the retention and growth of Bank and Credit Union advisors in the field. In direct partnership with the Success Manager and the institutions' leadership, the objective of this role will be to facilitate, educate, coach, and train advisors and their staff on the benefits of adopting the breadth of LPL's offering to help them run more efficient practices, acquire new clients, deepen the wallet share of existing accounts and aid in retention of their existing client base through application of a comprehensive wealth management approach. The VP, GSM is responsible for driving Net New Asset (NNA) growth for our advisors and the institutions they serve. $138,200–$230,400/year. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
