The Company is on the lookout for a strategic and ambitious Vice President of Design and Construction Management to spearhead the expansion and enhancement of its restaurant footprint. In this vital role, you will lead the design, facilities, and construction teams for both new and existing locations, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality and aligns seamlessly with the brand's ethos. You will oversee every aspect of the project lifecycle, from initial site feasibility to final store turnover, while building and nurturing a high-performing team dedicated to supporting the company's ambitious growth trajectory.

Your responsibilities will include fostering collaboration between diverse internal teams and external partners, as well as overseeing the permit and inspection processes to ensure compliance with all relevant codes and timely approvals. To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher, along with 10-15 years of relevant experience, particularly within the QSR sector. A successful track record of managing fast-paced projects for a rapidly expanding brand is crucial, along with strong financial acumen and exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
