Serco supports the Department of Defense as prime contractor supporting complex DoD modernization and sustainment projects. The team executes on multiple programs/contracts to ensure that modernization and sustainment projects are completed to allow for operational missions to successfully executed with limited impacts to operational readiness. This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain/transfer your Secret clearance. You will lead a team of Program Managers to ensure successful execution of complex DoD modernization and sustainment projects, maintaining contractual performance standards, driving cost efficiency, fostering customer relationships for organic growth, and leading new business pursuits.
