The Director, Assistant Treasurer oversees the companys global treasury operations and strategy execution, ensuring effective capital structure, liquidity management, and financial risk mitigation across geographies. Operating within a matrixed, global organization, this role partners closely with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Tax, and operational leaders to strengthen financial governance, controls, and risk frameworks. The Director provides strategic and analytical support to senior leadership on cash forecasting, capital planning, and financing activities. This role is accountable for optimizing liquidity, implementing treasury systems and controls, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
