The Director of Assisted Living serves as a liaison with hospital personnel, physicians, community organizations and other health related service agencies to provide quality care to our assisted living residents. Additionally, this role is responsible for hiring, training and managing a staff that is capable of providing superior care, while maintaining the physical and emotional health of residents, and in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, while demonstrating MBKs principles and core values.
