Responsibilities for Project Superintendent - Multifamily Construction in San Diego. Lead and manage all aspects of multifamily building and construction projects in San Diego. Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to ensure project milestones are met. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on the construction site. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to plans. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project stakeholders. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction promptly.
