Manage the administration of assigned contracts including negotiating, preparing, reviewing, approving, and terminating contractual documents to ensure protection of company's contractual posture. Lead a team of contracts managers and professionals to support proposal preparation and customer contact activities to ensure proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
