Job Title: Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for Client with IDD

Location: Hillcrest, San Diego

Job Type: Part-Time (Rotating Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Overview: We are looking for a compassionate and certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with a client with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). This part-time position is based in the Hillcrest area and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful progress in the client's life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and monitor customized intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA

- Support the client's daily activities and therapy sessions

- Accurately collect and report data on client progress

Qualifications:

- Current RBT certification required

- Experience or interest in working with individuals with IDD

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation: Starting at $25 per hour
