Fidelitas is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Strategist to join our growing team. As a Social Media Strategist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing social media strategies that align with our clients' business objectives. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, data-driven, and has a deep understanding of various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop effective social media strategies
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences
• Create compelling and engaging content for various social media platforms
• Manage content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely posts
• Foster and engage with online communities to build brand awareness and loyalty
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize analytics tools to measure and analyze the performance of social media campaigns
• Prepare regular reports and provide insights to optimize strategies for better results
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging social media platforms to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in analytics tools and data-driven decision-making
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas

Relevant Software: Sprout Social, Google Docs, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud

Compensation: This position will range from $40,000-$60,000 depending on experience.
