Digital Marketing Specialist – Wealth Enhancement

Primary Job Functions

• Execute paid digital media campaigns and analytics, including paid search, online display, remarketing, social media, and emerging online channels.
• Drive organic website traffic using SEO tactics, maintain and optimize website content, conduct keyword research, and support content creation.
• Optimize website to increase conversion and improve user engagement, perform regular website analytics, partner with internal teams, and serve as primary contact for agency supporting web development.
• Prepare regular reporting on digital results, recommend and conduct A/B testing on search campaigns and landing pages, and communicate findings to enable strategic decisions.
• Provide general marketing support, assist Marketing Communications with “all department” activities, act as a digital resource as needed, and perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Qualifications

• Four‑year degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, paid and unpaid.
• Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
• Google Ads certified, or ability to obtain preferred.
• Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition.
• Ability to develop recommendations from data sets and oriented toward continuous improvement.
• Functional understanding of HTML, CSS and SQL.
• Ability to work with back‑end SEO elements such as metadata, site speed optimization and related skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Good problem‑solving skills, willingness to dig into issues and present possible creative solutions.
• Ability to be flexible and to collaborate as part of a growing, cross‑functional team.

Salary and Benefits

Base salary range: $63,000.00 to $73,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. This role is also eligible for a discretionary bonus plan.

Pay Transparency

We disclose the entire salary grade for the Associate level: $51,450.00 to $84,000.00. The base salary range above is the starting range for this position.
