Our employment attorneys have a broad institutional knowledge of, and advise on, the numerous federal, state, and local employment laws that apply to employers in different industries. We represent clients in all types of employment-related litigation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings. We also help clients ensure compliance with complex employee benefit requirements and advise them on the laws and regulations covering deferred compensation and equity-based compensation as well as health, retirement and other fringe benefits.
Mintz is seeking an associate with 3+ years of employment law experience to join our team in San Diego. Responsibilities will include working on all aspects of employment litigation (e.g., discrimination, leave, wage and hour, non‑compete and breach of contract matters), everyday employment and HR‑related counseling, drafting of employment‑related policies and agreements, and conducting investigations and trainings.
Collaboration with team members is an important component of any role at Mintz. Therefore, the firm requires working from the office approximately 60% of the time in accordance with the firm's published guidelines.

The salary range for this position is $260,000 to $390,000. This position is bonus eligible.
