The Client Support Specialist is responsible for providing first-class customer service to our clients via phone, email and other channels. This role requires the ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues while delivering excellent service in a timely manner. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving and communication skills to ensure our clients' needs are met.

Super Human Client Support Specialist Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Provide feedback to management on customer service trends
  • Assist with sales inquiries and order processing
Super Human Client Support Specialist Requirements and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to multitask and prioritize efficiently
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and CRM software
