Position Summary

Join our team as a Guest Services Concierge, where your role will be to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. You will be responsible for:

• Responding to guests' requests for special arrangements and services, such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning, while ensuring their satisfaction.
• Providing detailed information about our property and local amenities, events, and activities.
• Processing guest calls and addressing their inquiries, while collaborating with department staff to fulfill requests and resolve any issues promptly.
• Monitoring the club lounge, ensuring guests are comfortable and well-attended.
• Documenting important information in shift logs, staying informed about daily updates.

In your role, you will:

• Report any safety concerns or accidents to your manager and complete necessary safety training.
• Follow company protocols, maintaining a professional appearance and protecting confidential information.
• Welcome and acknowledge each guest with genuine hospitality, responding to their needs proactively.
• Communicate effectively with team members and maintain positive working relationships.
• Be prepared to handle various lifting and moving tasks within reasonable weight limits.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: No prior experience required.

Supervisory Experience: Not needed.

License or Certification: None required.
