Pay Range: $22–$24/hr
Hours: 8am–4:30pm, Monday - Friday
Duration: 4+ month assignment
Summary of Duties
Enter and process 150–200 customer orders daily with accuracy in an ERP system.
Contact customers by phone or email to verify order details and provide availability or delivery information.
Handle electronic orders, resolve exceptions, and maintain high productivity and quality standards.
Navigate multiple systems to support the full order lifecycle and meet service targets.
Generate daily order reports and identify potential issues affecting delivery timelines.
Assist colleagues, escalate customer concerns, and support the Customer Care team as needed.
Serve as a subject-matter expert on multiple ordering platforms and customer requirements.
Address non-technical inquiries about orders, shipments, and invoices.
Maintain confidentiality, participate in team meetings, and contribute ideas for process improvements.
Support additional projects or responsibilities as assigned.
Required Skills
2–3 years customer service experience.
2–3 years high-volume data or order entry.
2 years ERP experience.
2 years CRM experience.
Preferred Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems.
Experience with EDI and multiple order platforms.
Strong computer skills and 10-key proficiency.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong communication and de-escalation skills.
