Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated OptiBuild production tasks following SOPs.
• Manage material inventory and ensure accurate documentation.
• Operate lab equipment and production software (pipettes, scales, TECAN EVO, SAP, etc.).
• Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Work independently with limited supervision on routine tasks.
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
• Accurately input and retrieve data in SAP and other resource planning systems.
• Communicate production updates and issues to management and cross-functional teams.
• Follow safety and regulatory guidelines, reporting hazards and unsafe conditions.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience required.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or laboratory environment.
• Previous experience with SAP or other manufacturing resource planning systems is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new tasks and methods quickly.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, as work is cross-functional.
• Self-directed and proactive in managing responsibilities.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to perform intermediate math calculations.
