Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
* Provide friendly, fast, and helpful service to all guests and team members.
* Follow standards of neatness and cleanliness for the shop in order to maintain guest appeal
* Know features and benefits of merchandise in the retail shop and be familiar with merchandise offerings
* Follow policies and procedures that affect inventory control
* Maintain product knowledge of gaming facility events, activities, and amenities around the facility to ensure personalized guest services
* Be available to support, cover breaks or PTO for all Host positions in the Resort after training for Host positions.
* Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the Jamul Casino guest Service Program

* High School diploma or equivalent
* Must be at least 21 years of age.
* One-year experience in retail and/or training preferred
