Job Description

• Measure completed workpieces to verify conformance to specifications, using micrometers, gauges, calipers, templates, or rulers.
• responsible for operating cutting machines to trim, shape, or size materials such as metal, plastic, wood, or fabric according to specifications.
• They read work orders, adjust machine settings, and ensure precision in cuts while maintaining quality standards.
• Use a high-pressure jet of water, often mixed with abrasives, to cut through various materials, including metal.

Job Requirements

• Stand for long periods and lift materials.
• Safety is a critical priority, and you'll be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) like safety glasses and steel-toed boots.
• Safely operating, monitoring, and maintaining various types of machinery and equipment in a production or manufacturing setting.
• Key duties include setting up and adjusting machines, inspecting for defects and ensuring product quality, performing minor maintenance, and adhering to strict safety protocols. Operators also troubleshoot equipment issues, document production data, and collaborate with teams to meet production goals.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 4 hr. Shift

Starting Pay: $19.00/Hour

Pay-Rate Ranges $19.00/HR-$85.00/HR
