About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Executive Assistant to provide direct support to multiple VPs and occasional support to the SVP of the North America Regional Sales & Business Development team. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role in a globally recognized technology leader, offering meaningful exposure to strategic business operations and top-tier client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Calendar & Meeting Management: Proactively coordinate complex calendars, prioritize scheduling requests, and manage high-level internal and external meetings.
• Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries using SAP Concur.
• Administrative Support: Prepare expense reports, maintain organizational charts and contact lists, and handle confidential correspondence.
• Event Planning: Support planning and execution of team events, offsites, and business reviews.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external partners, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Special Projects: Assist with ad-hoc projects that contribute to team efficiency and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting VP/C-level leaders.
• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Concur (or similar travel system).
• Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed organization (tech or semiconductor industry a plus).
• Strong integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Agility in managing shifting priorities with a sense of urgency.
