Call Center Coordinator- Primarily worksout of the Mission Valley location. Must be open to performing PatientCoordinator shift coverage very occasionally across the San Diegolocations, as needed. Weekend flexibility desired.

Summary

Responsiblefor serving as the first point of contact for patients. Will guidepatients through the process from initial greeting and addressingquestions to scheduling and processing payments following treatment.Will also maintain records and accounts while adhering to all federal,state, and local laws. Will occasionallyperform Patient Coordinator duties, asneeded throughout all San Diego SDBotox locations to ensure front deskcoverage needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serveas the first point of contact for all patients via phone and email.Answer questions and concerns, schedule appointments, and process allnecessary deposits. Notify locations of any service delays and escalatesituations to direct manager, as appropriate.
  • Ensure that appointments are correctly booked with all necessary deposits and information.
  • Confirmupcoming appointments for all patients scheduled the next day inassigned location(s) via text, call, and/or email. Ensure patients areinformed of any pre- and post-care requirements. Perform requiredfollow-ups for all patients within assigned location(s).
  • Maintainpatient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal andfinancial information. Adhere to all policies, procedures, and federal,state and local laws to ensure protection of patients' personal andfinancial information.
  • Perform Patient Coordinator duties in your own and other SDBotox locations in the San Diego area, as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties and/or support projects, as assigned.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience

1-2 years of experience in a professional setting

Skills/Abilities
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Ability to quickly triage and escalatesituations, as needed
  • Ability and comfort in utilizing computers and software programs
  • Ability to effectively multitask while maintaining a strong attention-to-detail
  • Ability to comfortably pivot in tasks as the company needs fluctuate
  • Ability to reliably commute to different SDBotox locations in San Diego
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a medical spa or medical office
Compensation Information
  • $18-$22/hr
  • 12% commission for all skincare product sales
