Responsible for preparing items for shipment andkeeping records on outgoing shipments.
Essential Duties andResponsibilities include thefollowing:
Determines method of shipment,utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes and rates.
Navigates FedEx and UPSsystems.
Packages product to be shippedto customer. Affixes shipping labels on outgoing packages.
Interacts with carriers for incomingand outgoing product.
Ensures packing slips have thecorrect product, quantity, and address.
Mayneed to operate fork-lift to move pallets in the warehouse area.
Isconsistently at work and on time. Must adhere to company specified work schedule.
Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience
High School diploma or equivalent (GED). Minimumof 1 year experience working in a warehouse environment.
Language Skills
Proficiency reading, writing,and speaking English to satisfactorily perform the duties of the position.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract,multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, commonfractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common senseunderstanding to carry out written and oral instructions.
Computer Skills
Must have basic skills usingMicrosoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
