Join Our Overnight Grocery Team!

We are looking for a dedicated Overnight Grocery Team Member who will play a vital role in maintaining our store's standards and ensuring an excellent shopping experience for our customers. This position includes responsibilities such as receiving and preparing products, as well as maintaining displays and back stock in line with our company guidelines.

You will consistently represent our commitment to customer service by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient support to both customers and fellow Team Members. Your contributions will help us maintain our high standards and support our core values.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that products meet quality standards.
2. Sort and scan waste accurately.
3. Maintain production standards in stocking and cleaning.
4. Clean and organize shelves, bins, and food preparation areas.
5. Keep back stock orderly and accessible.
6. Handle invoices for products received outside of regular hours.
7. Assist with receiving and sorting overnight deliveries.
8. Arrive on time to your work station, well-groomed and ready to go.
9. Deliver exceptional customer service and answer inquiries promptly.
10. Maximize sales through effective stocking and merchandising.
11. Follow all established health and safety procedures.
12. Maintain a clean and sanitary working environment.
13. Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
14. Immediately report any safety hazards.
15. Carry out additional duties assigned by leadership as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Standing or walking for 6-8 hours per shift.
• Physical activities include bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and temperature extremes of up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Flexibility to work varying hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Use of tools and equipment including knives and pallet jacks.
• Potential use of ladders.

The pay range for this position is $17.50-$25.40 hourly, based on experience.
