Robert Half is partnering with a reputable tax firm to identify a reliable and detail-oriented File Clerk to support their team during the busy tax season. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, confidential environment and enjoys working with organized systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, file, and maintain physical and electronic client records
  • Scan, label, and upload tax documents into internal systems
  • Retrieve files as requested by tax preparers and administrative staff
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all documents
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed during peak periods

Requirements:

Previous experience in a file clerk, administrative, or office support role preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Basic computer skills; experience with document management systems a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
